• Role and branch/location assignment within your organization

• Device timezone for accurate timestamp recording
• Device type and operating system version for compatibility

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
• Display and manage your assigned inquiries, tickets, and timesheets
• Synchronize data with your organization's CRM system
• Ensure accurate timezone-based date and time recording
• Improve App performance and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage (Expo SecureStore)
• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• We do not store your password on the device
• Your data is stored on secure servers managed by your organization

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:

• Your organization's administrators and authorized personnel
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers (for the sole purpose of operating the service)

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — for specific data queries (governed by Supabase's privacy policy)

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active within your organization's CRM system. Upon account deactivation, your data is handled according to your organization's data retention policy.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to your organization's policies)
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the App

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
